Steel ConstructionThe structure of the house is a rigid steel frame, protected by anti-corrosive resin-based paint for environment C2, steel type S355 or S235 (certified steel). The structure is calculated to operate with a characteristic ground snow load of up to 1.2kN/m² and a characteristic wind pressure load of up to 0.3kN/m².
WallsExternal walls use our modular technology featuring 2x Rigips 12.5mm plasterboard inside, ISOVER vapour barrier foil, steel structure with mineral wool, PIR thermal insulation panels, wind insulation, and a substructure finished with panelled sheet metal or wood. Internal partition walls use the Rigips 'drywall' system on 50-100mm profiles, double-layer 12.5mm boards, and Isover acoustic wool.
FloorUses modular technology, finished with vinyl panels, non-flammable/moisture-resistant cement-particle boards, and mineral wool insulation. The bottom of the floor is fully protected by a trapezoidal sheet.
RoofUses modular technology layered similarly to the external walls, plus additional waterproofing. It features surface drainage and is finished with a seamed panel sheet.
